These are the quality standards :

• Appropriate selection of scrap, hair wire, 99.99% copper, and 99.99% zinc in accordance with the client’s requested chemical composition.
• To ensure that the material’s chemical makeup is uniform, we analyse it using a spectroscope while it melts.
• Extruded rods’ hardness and ductility, dimensions, and surface roughness are all visually inspected to make sure there are no dents or surface strains.
• Real-time inspection techniques are used when machining to ensure that the component is being machined within tolerance limits.
• In addition to checking the equipment, we also visually analyse the surface to make sure there are no dents.
• Various tools are used to verify each batch of machined components to ensure that they were produced in accordance with the drawing standard.
